Glass Furnace Elements

Resistalloy Trading Ltd produce high quality Glass Furnace elements for annealing and all types of glass manufacturing.

The elements for glass machine furnaces vary in size and can go up to 7.5m in length, typically the Kilowatt ratings are between 8 and 23KW

The Element shown in the picture (above) is an example of a wire wound glass annealing element.  We also manufacture the same design in a tape/strip material. 

We manufacture to your specific requirements and to best your suit your application.  If you have a particular part, machine number or drawing we can produce from this.  Our elements are suitable for use in many well known glass maching furnace brands such as Tamglass, Uniglass, Glasstech, EFCO, etc.

Resistalloy also supply individual spares for elements, connections and ceramics for your own maintenance.
